5:02 AM. My phone rings. No number. No log. No explanation.“Don’t Stop Believin’” blasts out of the speaker.
My actual alarm? Never went off.
A ghost call woke me up instead.
I had two choices: get annoyed, or take the hint.
I took the hint.
Here’s the truth that hit me before I even got out of bed:
Survival was never the goal. We weren’t built to tread water — we were built to swim.
And the only thing standing between me and thriving today isn’t my calendar, my inbox, or a haunted phone.
It’s me.
So today I’m running on one philosophy:
Roar like a lion — chase your goals with fierce, unshakeable courage. Don’t let hesitation get a seat at the table.
Be humble like a lamb — lead with grace, show up for people, and keep your ego parked outside.
Courage without humility is just noise.
Humility without courage is just hiding.
Put them together, and it’s magic.
So here’s my question for you:
What’s the one thing you’ve been talking yourself out of?
Not the schedule’s fault. Not the timing’s fault. Just you, standing in your own way.
Find the roar. Keep the humility. Go thrive today.
