The great corn con

For seven years on the Organic Center board of directors, I always tried to sit next to Dr. David Pimental of Cornell. He  has written 42 books and is an expert on energy and agriculture. He would always tell me we will look back at ethanol as the biggest “boondoggle” in American agriculture.

This article sums up everything David told me and is a reminder of why our industrialized agriculture system is broke.
